1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services from Isloo Marketing LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

2. Services

Isloo Marketing LLC provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, website design, branding, and consulting. Specific deliverables are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing involves variables beyond our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, necessary access, and timely approvals. Clients are responsible for ensuring their materials comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees are outlined in service agreements. Payments must be made as agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, processes, and methodologies. Clients retain ownership of their brand assets and content but grant us permission to use them to perform services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and not disclose it to unauthorized parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isloo Marketing LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Isloo Marketing LLC harmless from claims arising from client-provided materials, legal violations, or misuse of services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as defined in the agreement. Outstanding payments remain due.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt informal resolution first. Unresolved disputes may be settled in Missouri courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
